Privacy, considered.

When you submit an inquiry or sourcing request, the obscura archive by Double Z Worldwide stores your name, email address, message, item preferences, the selected inventory references, and any reference images or links you provide. We use these details to review your request and respond to you.

Your requests stay private.

Requests and attachments are available only through authorized management access. When email notifications are enabled, they are delivered through our configured email provider. We do not publish customer requests as catalog listings.

Your shortlist

Your saved inventory references are kept in this browser’s local storage, without an account. The shortlist itself is not uploaded. Selected references are attached when you submit an inquiry. You can remove pieces or clear the shortlist at any time. If persistent storage is unavailable, selections use session storage. If all storage is blocked, the shortlist link carries only public inventory references in its local URL fragment for the current visit.

Anonymous measurement

We count product views, inquiry actions, shortlist saves, email-link clicks, and saved requests in daily aggregates. Measurements use broad device and traffic-source groups, designer, and availability. We do not assign analytics visitor identifiers, add advertising trackers, store browsing histories, or include customer names, email addresses, and message text in analytics. Email-link clicks are counted as interest, not completed inquiries.

A broad traffic-source category is kept for the browser session, and the welcome animation uses a session flag. Neither contains a personal identifier. The owner can mark a saved inquiry as qualified to understand the quality of requests.

Essential operations

The site uses hosting and storage services to operate the catalog and receive requests. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit automated request abuse, including form submissions and measurement spam. These counters are separate from analytics and expire automatically.

Corrections or deletion

Reply to our response email to request a correction or deletion of your inquiry information. You can also submit a sourcing request clearly marked “Privacy request.”
